Next-Gen PlayStation: PlayStation 4

There are a lot of rumors fluctuating gamers mind about Sony’s upcoming gaming console PS4 that will certainly hit the market in next few years, rumor says. At E3 2012, when Sony press conference began, we all were expecting that Sony would be officially announcing its next-gen gaming console but there was not even a mention about it. Sony didn’t even give a hint however there are little piece of information that is assumed to be right. A Sony representative told GameSpot about rumors that, “This is rumor and we do not comment on rumor.”

PlayStation 4, an eighth generation gaming console, successor to PlayStation 3 in Sony Gaming Console series is rumored to have AMD hardware and boast a resolution of up to 4096×2160, will be having the super power boost with a similar size to the Nintendo Wii. Sony Computer Entertainment has named its next-gen gaming console PlayStation 4 as “orbis”.

Well it can surely be assumed that until unless Sony is all done with PS 4, it will not be revealing any hardcore information about it, after E3 conference Sony Computer Entertainment’s CE told MCV that Sony would not be revealing its next-gen gaming console until the system demonstrate a significant leap in technology and proves itself a new, attractive and amazing advancement in future gaming consoles list.
